Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

Returns Policies

  • Items must be in unused condition with original tags attached.
  • Items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Items will not be cash refunded but can be exchanged for another item.
  • Discounted items cannot be refunded nor returned and exchanged.

Exchanges for another size

Item can be exchanged if the size is wrong, then you may be able to request a change in its size. You must present, as well as the original item, the receipt/order confirmation to any Oneye shop we listed on our 'contact us' page. Items can be exchanged to any Oneye stores within 7 days of delivery.

Returns of defective items

If the item that you received is defective, please report to us via hello@oneyeclothing.shop or on our Oneye Facebook messenger and returned it in any Oneye store. we will inspect it and notify you whether your return has been approved for a refund or exchange. This procedure may take up to 2 weeks. 

 

Please note that the management reserves the right not to attend to exchange requests and to amend this policy without prior notice.
